What this policy covers

This policy covers icsheatingandac.com, the website of ICS Heating & Air Conditioning. It explains what the site collects when you contact us or apply for a job, and how that information is used. It was last updated October 22, 2026.

Information you send

The service request form asks for your name, phone number, email address, the type of service you need, a description of the problem or project, and how you heard about us. You can also add a service address and tell us whether you are an existing customer. The job application form asks for your name, phone number, email address, the position, your experience and how you heard about the job.

When a form reaches our server, it records the page it was sent from, the referring page, campaign tags in the page address, and the browser user-agent string. The IP address is converted to a one-way hash before it is stored. To keep that context when you move to the form, your browser holds the first page of your visit, the website that sent you (its domain only, never your search terms), any campaign tags, and whether you arrived through an ad in its session storage until 30 minutes pass without a page view. It is sent to us only when you submit a form.

How we use it

We use the information to answer your request, schedule service, prepare for the visit, review job applications, and keep a record of the request. We do not sell or rent form information, and we do not add it to a marketing list.

Where it goes

Vercel runs the website. Supabase stores each form submission. Resend sends it to our email inbox. Slack receives the submission details along with delivery alerts, so a failed email can be caught. These providers handle the information as part of running the forms and delivering them.

Website analytics and advertising

The site uses Google Analytics to count page views and successful form submissions, and a Google Ads tag to measure visits from our ads. Form fields are not sent to Google. Google may collect device, browser and general location data and may set cookies under its own privacy terms.

Online payments

The Pay Your Bill link opens our payment processor's website, which has its own privacy terms. Card and bank details are entered there, not on this site.

Keeping and removing it

Form records are kept while we respond and as needed for business, warranty, tax or legal records. To ask what information we have, correct it, or request deletion, call (610) 432-8070 or email icshvacinc@aol.com. You can also use the contact form.

Children

This website is intended for adults arranging heating and cooling service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will replace it here with a new date.
