ICS repairs, maintains and installs packaged units up to 10 tons and split systems up to 5 tons. That covers most small and medium stores, restaurants, shops and offices. Large industrial systems, like those in big warehouses and malls, are outside the work we take on.

Commercial maintenance
Scheduled maintenance keeps rooftop units and boilers running through the busiest weeks of summer and winter. A commercial visit covers:

- Condenser and evaporator coils

Ductless for offices and server rooms
A ductless system gives a single office, server room or exam room its own heating and cooling, apart from the building system. In 2017 we added two ductless zones to a medical office in South Whitehall Township. See ductless mini-splits.
